Upcoming Events: 26th annual Babe Ruth Birthday party

If you’re going to be in the Detroit area the weekend of February 2nd, be sure to stop by Nemo’s Bar (1384 Michigan Ave, Detroit) for the 26th annual Babe Ruth Birthday Party. Hosted by one of Ruth’s biggest fans, Tom Derry, the event is a great time every year. The gathering is always jam-packed full of people that love Babe Ruth, baseball and just having a good time. As an extra bonus this year, the party will feature special guest Detroit pitching great, Denny McLain. McLain is a 2-time Cy Young award winner (1968 & 1969), MVP (1968), World Series Champion (1968) and baseball’s last 30-game winner (1968). He’ll be signing free autographs!
