From a Fan: Babe Ruth Hunting Story
We recently heard from a fan, Reid, who had a cool set of Babe Ruth memorabilia items to share, as well as a cool, little tie to the items to go along with it. Here’s the photos and story he shared:
“My grandfather was a director of Game Birds of America which later became Ducks Unlimited. Evidently Babe was a supporter of the organization. This is a picture of Babe with my grandfather hunting one day. I still have my grandfather’s gun that is pictured in the photo. Babe also signed a picture for my grandfather.” Based on a rough valuation from our memoribilia partner, the collection is worth at least $5,000. Thanks for sharing Reid!
